Vivonet Inc. gains sole ownership of Autoprise, Inc. by purchasing Kirmac Information Technologies Inc.

Vancouver, B.C., Canada —Vivonet Inc. (www.vivonet.com), a Seattle-based software company, announced today that it has acquired Kirmac Information Technologies Inc. from I.K.M. Holdings Ltd. for an undisclosed amount of cash and shares. This strategic acquisition gives Vivonet Inc. full ownership and control of Autoprise, Inc., a software development company that provides leading management solutions to the collision repair industry.
